How to make a rainbow charcuterie board

Prepare the vegetables: Cut and wash all of your vegetables into appealing shapes. Arrange them by color on the wooden board.

Arrange the dips: Add hummus, ranch, and any other dip to a small bowl and place them around the board where you see fit.

Get creative: Fill in the gaps with more vegetables, fresh herbs, fresh fruit, or anything else you'd like to add to the board.

Enjoy! Add some serving spoons for ease and allow your guests to help themselves.

Pro tip: Wash and cut your vegetables ahead of time so they have time to dry before adding to the board. This will avoid excess moisture on your charcuterie board.

    Make ahead and storing instructions

Make ahead: You can make this board 2-3 hours ahead of time and store in the fridge covered in plastic wrap until you're ready to serve. This is a great way to save precious time in the kitchen.

How to store: If there are leftovers, you can place them into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator as you would with normal vegetables.
