Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and heavily grease a large baking sheet then set aside

In a small bowl, whisk together the butter and maple syrup then drizzle evenly over chex mix mixture
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees then let cool 5 minutes before sprinkling with assorted Halloween candies

Ways to serve
On a charcuterie board: If you're hosting a party serve this harvest chex mix on a halloween charcuterie board or a fall charcuterie board. Charcuterie boards are a great way to serve a crowd with minimal effort and maximal aesthetic!
In school lunches: On halloween, I love making a ghost halloween sandwich and adding this fall chex mix to the kids lunches. It makes for such a special lunch on a fun day.
As gifts: If you like to make homemade trick-or-treating treats, add this snack mix to a fun halloween gift bag and hand them out on halloween.
Mixed with popcorn: I love making festive popcorn and to boost the volume of this halloween mix or make it perfect for movie night, mix in a bag of popped popcorn.
