- 12 ounces full-fat Velveeta processed cheese
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 8 ounces milk chocolate chips
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine velveeta cheese, butter and chocolate chips then cook 1 minute 30 seconds on high
Remove and whisk to combine, do one more minute in the microwave then whisk again until smooth
Add the chocolate mixture to a stand mixture or electric mixer with 1 cup powdered sugar and the vanilla and mix to combine
Add the remaining powdered sugar 1 cup at a time mixing in between
Line a 9x13 glass pan with plastic wrap or parchment then spray with non-stick cooking spray
Press fudge into the prepared pan evenly and refrigerate for 2.5 hours or until firm
Pull up liner to remove fudge from pan then cut into 36 squares and enjoy
