Notes

Easter bunny bark variations

  • Different chocolate: Instead of using white chocolate chips, feel free to use milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or your favorite easter candies for a different flavor.
  • Nuts: If you want an extra crunch, add chopped pecans or walnuts onto the chocolate before freezing. You can even add peanut butter for extra flavor without the crunch.
  • Fresh fruit: Feel free to add fresh strawberries or blueberries to the chocolate mixture. This is a great way to add more flavor and texture.
  • Marbled bark: If you want to take the aesthetics to the next level, marble in a different type of melted chocolate before freezing. Or, use food coloring for different colored white chocolate.
  • Added sweets: You can add mini marshmallows, Oreo cookies, pastel sprinkles, or your favorite easter candy to this white chocolate bark for added flare.
