Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f
Pull apart each roll and poke 10 holes in the bottom of each roll
Place on a baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs then mix in heavy cream and vanilla extract.
Heat up a frying pan to medium heat with 1 tablespoon of butter
Place rolls in the cream mixture and let soak for 30 seconds.
Fry rolls for 2 minutes, then flip and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Once cooked, immediately coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Repeat process, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
Serve with warm maple syrup.
