- 1 large Brie wheel
- black decorator icing
- variety of additional sliced cheeses (I recommend parmesan, smoked gouda, & goat cheese)
- variety of cured meats (I recommend dry salami, cured chorizo, cured wagyu beef and pepperoni)
- green olives
- marinated artichoke hearts
- crackers
- black and white oreo cookie balls
- nuts
- caramel popcorn (apples, persimmon, pomegranate, figs...)
- black, clear and gold rock candy suckers
- Ferrero Rocher gold, black and white wrapped candies
- Little smokies, cooked
Get a medium sized board and add the brie wheel to the center. Using the black decorator icing, draw the clock numbers and hands.
Next, add sliced cheeses, meats and crackers like we did here
Put artichokes and olives into little cups
Arrange remaining ingredients on board
Pro Tip: The cups are especially great for olives and artichoke hearts so they don't get your other board ingredients soggy.
Customize your board to your liking.
Storing - When the party is over, make sure you disassemble the charcuterie board. Put the crackers back in their boxes, and put the meats and cheeses back in the fridge.
Freezing - We don't recommend freezing a charcuterie board because the texture of the cheese will change. You can freeze the meat if you put it in a freezer-safe bag.
