- variety of cheeses (I recommend parmesan, smoked gouda, goat cheese, Boursin cheese and a blue)
- variety of cured meats (I recommend dry salami, cured chorizo, cured wagyu beef and pepperoni)
- olives
- honey
- crackers or chips
- decorated fall sugar cookies
- nuts
- assorted fall fruits (apples, persimmon, pomegranate, figs...)
- pumpkin feta dip
Get a medium sized board and add the cheeses, meats and crackers like we did here
Put dips and olives into little cups
Arrange fall fruits on the board
Add some chips and pretzels on the board and pumpkin feta dip in a white pumpkin soup bowl or dish for a large statement piece
Add any fall sugar cookies and other sweets, like chocolate truffles, that you want
Pro Tip: The cups are especially great for berries so they don't get your other board ingredients soggy.
Customize your board to your liking.
Storing - The meats and cheeses can go back into their containers in the fridge. Most things can go back into their bags, but throw anything away that goes stale.
Freezing - We do not recommend freezing this charcuterie board.
