Ingredients

  • variety of cheeses (I recommend parmesan, smoked gouda, goat cheese, Boursin cheese and a blue)
  • variety of cured meats (I recommend dry salami, cured chorizo, cured wagyu beef and pepperoni)
  • olives
  • honey
  • crackers or chips
  • decorated fall sugar cookies
  • nuts
  • assorted fall fruits (apples, persimmon, pomegranate, figs...)
  • pumpkin feta dip

Instructions

  • Get a medium sized board and add the cheeses, meats and crackers like we did here
  • Put dips and olives into little cups
  • Arrange fall fruits on the board
  • Add some chips and pretzels on the board and pumpkin feta dip in a white pumpkin soup bowl or dish for a large statement piece
  • Add any fall sugar cookies and other sweets, like chocolate truffles, that you want

Notes

Pro Tip: The cups are especially great for berries so they don't get your other board ingredients soggy.
Customize your board to your liking.
Storing - The meats and cheeses can go back into their containers in the fridge. Most things can go back into their bags, but throw anything away that goes stale.
Freezing - We do not recommend freezing this charcuterie board.
